Bromine Tablets

Based on your swimming pool's unique disinfection system and the common problems that effect your pool, the best dosage for your pool chemistry will differ. Factors that affect your bromine dosage include average bather load, water temperature, debris-exposure (natural & organic), rain & precipitation, and the length of your swimming pool's filtration cycle.

Use testing kit regularly to assess daily water chemical levels and manage water chemistry. Water tests should be : free chlorine: 1.0 – 3.0 ppm pH levels: 7.2 – 7.8 Total alkalinity: 80 – 120 ppm. & Calcium hardness: 200 – 300 ppm.

• Auto-feeding Device: If you're using an automatic release pool device, fill your swimming pool chambers with bromine tablets and adjust flow rate for to allow for optimal bromine residual and distribution
• Skimmer Basket: Slowing introduce bromine to pool water by adding to the skimmer basket instead of automatically feeding sanitizer into the swimming pool.
• Daily Use: Add approximately 25g of bromine tablets per 10,000L of water or .088 oz per 2641.72 gallons of pool water. Depending on weather, precipitation levels, and pool contaminations, bromine dosage may need to be increased.

Regular super chlorination is recommended periodically. For super chlorination, follow the instructions on the given product carefully. Using the bromine tablet sanitizer, maintain a constant bromine residual of 1ppm to 3ppm, by adding 1-2 tablets per every 10,000L of swimming pool water. For easy weekly pool maintenance, use an automatic brominator to control the flow rate, controlling the amount and frequency in which bromine is released into your swimming pool.
