Return Policy
All chemical purchases are Final Sale.
Online purchases excluding chemicals may be returned by mail for a full refund to the original method of payment (less shipping costs) within 7 days of the delivery date. Online purchases may also be returned to the Markham or Newmarket Store locations for STORE CREDIT ONLY
- Online purchases, excluding chemicals, may be returned. All chemical purchases are Final Sale.
- Your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and/or with the original tags attached.
- A returns are subject to validation and approval by Seaway Pools & We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion.
- Sales are final on all chemicals, gift cards and sale/ promotional items.
- All shipping and duty charges are non-refundable. Any shipping or duty costs are at your expense for any items returned by mail.
Mail-in Returns
- To return your order in the mail, please send an email to contact to online@seawaypoolsntubs.com with order number & reason for return. We will provide you with instructions for shipping your return to us.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm either the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your return will be processed and your refund will processed back to the original method of payment.
- Please ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging, if possible; and that your original invoice or order confirmation email is included. All items must be in their original packaging and have original tags attached.
In-Store Returns
- Bring your original invoice or order confirmation email along with the item(s) you would like to return to the Closest Seaway Pools Location.
- All items must be in their original packaging and have original tags attached.
- Bring valid photo identification and the original method of payment for verification purposes. Your return will be issued back in the form of Store Credit
Out Of Stock Items
In the event an item is out of stock or unavailable our team will contact you via e-mail to confirm if you would like the order shipped incomplete and update you on the requested product arrival time. If not, our team is happy to help you find a replacement product
Damaged Items
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at online@seawaypoolsntubs.com and we will resolve the issue.
